Fingernails (weak) & Thinning Hair

Hair and Nails are hardened structures that are very similar chemically to the surface layer of our skin.  Hairs grow from follicles of actively dividing cells that occur on our skin.  Nails grow from special folds in our skin.  If your hair or fingernails are weak and brittle.  Along with your treatment, try carrying or having some sandstone with you.    

Sandstone should be kept clean the same as all your crystals and gemstones, but I recommend covering with salt and not using water.
